The first thing we do is ask you a number of questions about yourself and the home you are wanting to insure.  By getting this information from you initially, we are able to better select which companies offer policies for your needs.  

Then We Shop

After we have all the information needed to get you the most accurate quotes, this information is input directly into a software program that rates your home with at least 7 insurance companies Steven is contracted with to insure homes and autos with.  We have big companies like Travelers, Safeco, Hartford, Metlife and others as well as smaller, more regional insurance companies.

Once the rates are generated for the companies, a process that usually takes about five minutes, Steven will then provide you with a copy of the quote generated for your home that has best best coverage for the lowest rate.  If you are in Frisco, McKinney, Plano or Dallas Texas you can pick up your quote at the Frisco Texas office.   For Oklahoma quotes, for now, please visit our Lawton Oklahoma location.

If you decide to purchase the insurance, Steven just needs to ask a few more questions and your policy can usually be issued right then and there.  Copies of policy documents, signatures and payments can be done online in most cases.
